Responsibilities
- Operate heavy‑duty yellow‑plate trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company SOPs.
- Plan and follow optimal routes for deliveries, taking into account traffic patterns, road conditions, and customer time windows.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and preventing damage during transit.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate minor maintenance with the workshop team.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and hand‑over documents for each shipment.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff to resolve any delivery challenges.
- Stay overnight at loading or unloading sites when required, complying with company policies on rest periods and driver fatigue management.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, driver training sessions, and emergency response drills.
- Uphold the company’s image by presenting a clean appearance, no visible tattoos (or tattoos removed > 50%), and professional behavior at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by operational requirements.
- At least 2 years of proven experience driving yellow‑plate trucks in logistics or freight transport.
- Valid SIM B I Umum and SIM B II Umum (cannot be a “polos” license).
- Demonstrated ability to handle loading/unloading (in‑and‑out) operations.
- Willingness to serve routes within Jabodetabek, West Java, and East Java.
- Physical fitness to manage cargo handling and long driving hours.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a clean driving record.
- Required documents: cover letter, E‑KTP, family card copy, active SKCK, and domicile letter.
- Placement will be aligned with the candidate’s domicile (Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Cianjur, Pasuruan).
