Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Perencana Konten (Content Planner) to join our vibrant team in Jawa Tengah. This role is central to shaping the digital voice of our brand across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a keen eye for emerging trends with strong storytelling abilities, ensuring our content not only reaches the audience but also drives meaningful engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Research, curate, and produce original content ideas that reflect current social‑media trends, local culture, and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with design, copywriting, and product teams to ensure visual and textual consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversion) and generate weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize posting schedules and formats for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging local networks.
  • Act as the brand’s public face on social media, responding to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community groups to amplify brand reach.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, propose innovative campaign concepts, and pilot A/B testing to refine content strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, legal standards, and cultural sensitivities specific to Central Java.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all candidates; no maximum age limit.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: 0+ years; relevant internships or freelance projects are considered a plus.
  • Core Skills:
    • Creativity and up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media trends.
    • Strong self‑confidence, excellent communication, and public speaking abilities.
    • Active personal presence on social platforms with the capability to represent the brand authentically.
    • Proven techniques for increasing engagement rates.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and community groups.
    • High adaptability, initiative, and comfort working towards clear targets.
    • Understanding of major social‑media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
