Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Teacher to join our full‑time teaching team. Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging lesson plans for preschool (PG) and kindergarten (TK) classes, ensuring alignment with national standards and the institution’s educational philosophy.
- Assess student progress through observations, formative assessments, and regular reporting to parents and administrators.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that promote critical thinking, creativity, and social‑emotional development.
- Maintain a classroom environment that reflects respect, discipline, and the adab (etiquette) and akhlak (morality) of Islam.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior teachers, offering feedback on instructional techniques and classroom management.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach events.
- Communicate regularly with parents, offering updates on their child’s achievements and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Utilize basic English and Arabic language skills to enhance multicultural interaction and support bilingual learners.
- Prepare and organize teaching resources, including visual aids, educational games, and digital materials.
- Adhere to the school’s schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and ensure punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preference for candidates with early childhood education credentials (PG/TK).
- Passion for working with young children and a genuine love for the educational field.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, patient, and highly communicative.
- Commitment to teamwork and to upholding Islamic moral values in daily interactions.
- Basic proficiency in English and Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
- Ability to develop teaching skills (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar) and adapt methods to diverse learning styles.
