Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Office Financial Administrator to join our team in Solo. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records, supporting day‑to‑day budgeting activities, and ensuring that the office’s cash flow is well‑managed. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an essential partner to both the accounting department and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Process and record daily cash receipts, invoices, and expense reimbursements using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty‑cash balances to guarantee financial integrity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries, assisting accountants with month‑end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and physical—for all financial documents, contracts, and receipts.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data from various departments and updating spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation.
- Support internal audits by providing requested reports and explanations for any variances.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cash flow, expense trends, and budget compliance.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone, laptop, and private vehicle for occasional field visits to banks or supplier locations.
- Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in financial administration.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in accounting (SMK Akuntansi) is strongly preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a keen interest in finance are welcome.
