Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Teknisi Maintenance Preventif Peralatan Industri to join our fast‑growing industrial services team in Tangerang and its surrounding areas. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated individual with a technical background who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of equipment reliability. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, including routine inspections, lubrication, calibration, and full‑machine overhauls.
- Record all maintenance activities accurately on the equipment History Card and update the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Conduct daily and weekly visual checks of electrical installations, motor drives, and control panels to identify early signs of wear or failure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using multimeters, insulation testers, and vibration analysis tools.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance windows that minimize impact on manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, consumables, and safety equipment, and place requisitions when stock levels fall below threshold.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis (RCA) meetings and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) procedures, and environmental standards during maintenance work.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK or equivalent with a focus on Electrical Installation Technology (Teknik Instalasi Listrik).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in preventive maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Male candidates only (as per client specification).
- Strong knowledge of electrical measurement tools, including amperage meters, voltage meters, resistance testers, and power quality analyzers.
- Proficiency in documenting maintenance activities and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to act as a good planner, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Residency in Tangerang or nearby districts is required.
- Soft skills: problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and good communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry in maintenance software and Microsoft Office suite.
