Responsibilities

- Monitor monthly instalment payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with the collections team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and loan documentation using the company’s CRM system.
- Represent the company at community events, business fairs, and local networking gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules, ensuring they understand their obligations.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: 21 – 32 years.

- Licenses: Valid SIM C and personal transportation for field visits.
