Responsibilities
- Perform thorough washing, rinsing, and drying of cars and motorcycles according to company‑approved procedures.
- Inspect each vehicle before and after cleaning to verify that all surfaces are free of dirt, grime, and water spots.
- Maintain an accurate daily log of every vehicle serviced, including make, model, license plate, and any special instructions.
- Operate and care for all washing equipment (pressure washers, foam guns, vacuums, etc.) ensuring they are clean and functional.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents for different vehicle types, respecting environmental regulations and safety guidelines.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, provide friendly service, and promote additional wash packages or upgrades.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a tidy work area, including proper disposal of wastewater and used cleaning materials.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily targets and ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new cleaning techniques and product innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; gender requirement reflects current operational policy.
- Own a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive any type of car or motorcycle safely and responsibly.
- Strong work ethic: honest, diligent, and punctual.
- Residence in or around Jalan Kapten Soedjono, Samarinda Seberang, Sambutan, or Palaran (preferred).
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, from 08:00 to 18:00.
