Introduction
PT. Bina Artha Ventura, a reputable financing institution operating across Sumatra, is expanding its field team in the Siborong Borong (Domisili) area. We are looking for enthusiastic Petugas Lapangan / Account Officer who will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and a network of micro‑entrepreneurs, primarily women from low‑ to middle‑income communities. This role is field‑based, requiring regular visits to partner groups, collection of repayments, and ongoing business coaching. The position offers a competitive salary above the regional minimum wage, performance‑based incentives, and a clear career pathway within a supportive corporate culture.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners – primarily women who wish to start or expand a small business – within the target geographic zone.
- Organize and facilitate the formation of productive groups, each consisting of approximately ten eligible women, to enable collective financing and mutual support.
- Assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate micro‑loan amounts, ensuring alignment with the partner’s business plan and our risk‑management criteria.
- Disburse capital to approved groups and maintain accurate records of loan terms, disbursement dates, and repayment schedules.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing guidance on inventory management, sales techniques, cost control, and basic financial literacy.
- Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with each partner, acting as the face of PT. Bina Artha Ventura in the community.
- Coordinate bi‑weekly repayment collections, organizing group meetings, confirming receipt of payments, and updating the central database.
- Prepare timely reports on loan performance, group dynamics, and field observations for the regional management team.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to sharpen sales, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Key competencies: Excellent communication, basic marketing aptitude, problem‑solving ability, and a genuine passion for community development.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; additional local dialects are a plus.
