Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Barista Profesional – Penyaji Kopi dan Minuman Spesial to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and cold beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain barista equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and frothers, ensuring daily cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including countertop, seating area, and storage shelves, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, and communicate reorder needs to the manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, helping wherever needed to keep service times short.
- Provide feedback on menu development and suggest innovative beverage ideas that align with current market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or younger; no upper age limit specified, but the role emphasizes a youthful, energetic profile.
- Gender: Preference for male candidates, though all genders are welcome to apply.
- Physical requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm and ability to stand for extended periods.
- No prior barista experience required; a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.

- Honesty, reliability, and a non‑smoking lifestyle.
