Responsibilities
As a private‑course instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your core duties will include:
- Designing and delivering lesson plans for subjects such as Calistung (reading, writing, arithmetic), BTQ (Quranic reading and writing), English, Mathematics, Mandarin, and thematic studies.
- Creating interactive, age‑appropriate learning materials that make complex concepts accessible and fun.
- Assessing student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, then providing constructive feedback.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit both online (virtual classroom) and offline (in‑person) environments.
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians about student performance and upcoming learning goals.
- Collaborating with fellow instructors to share best practices, resources, and innovative instructional strategies.
- Maintaining a professional and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.

Requirements
