We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Marketing Lapangan – Area Palangkaraya. This field‑based role focuses on promoting and selling our flagship financing products, including new‑motor vehicle loans and cash‑advance financing secured by vehicle titles (BPKB). The successful candidate will engage directly with the community, conduct door‑to‑door outreach, and assess the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers. Responsibilities
- Actively promote the company’s financing solutions to individuals and small businesses throughout the Palangkaraya region.
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits, presenting product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
- Perform on‑site surveys and credit assessments, gathering necessary documentation and verifying the validity of vehicle titles (BPKB) for loan approval.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer data, and field visit logs to the regional manager on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through community networking, referrals, and follow‑up calls.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure timely processing of applications and resolve any issues that arise during the approval process.
- Provide excellent post‑sale service, answering customer inquiries, and guiding borrowers through repayment schedules.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to stay updated on product changes, regulatory requirements, and best sales practices.
- Adhere to the company’s compliance standards, including proper handling of personal data and adherence to OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior sales experience required, though a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Vehicle: Own a reliable motorbike or car (R2 class) for field visits.
- Regulatory: Possess a valid SLIK OJK rating of at least KOL 1.
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive marketing ability, basic numeracy for credit assessment, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak promotion periods.
