Introduction
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Editor to join our dynamic media team. Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for online campaigns, corporate communications, and promotional materials.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting rigs, and audio equipment to capture high‑quality footage.
- Collaborate with content strategists to ensure each video aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, tagging and archiving raw footage, project files, and final edits.
- Apply motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee technical standards (resolution, color grading, audio levels) are met before publishing.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in digital media, social media algorithms, and video editing software.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and assist in training sessions.
- Deliver final video packages within agreed timelines, adhering to project briefs and budget constraints.
- Upload and schedule content on various platforms, optimizing metadata for SEO and audience reach.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4, preferably a degree in Broadcasting, Communication, or a related field (S1 preferred).
- Age: Maximum 27 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras.
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to create motion graphics and basic visual effects (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
- Portfolio of previous video projects; applicants must attach or provide links to sample works.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
