Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Penataan Rak Barang di Gudang to join our fast‑moving warehouse team. The role focuses on organizing, labeling, and maintaining product racks to ensure efficient inventory flow and safe storage conditions. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a hands‑on environment, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess a positive, customer‑oriented attitude. The successful applicant will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting our logistics operations and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and re‑stock merchandise on designated racks according to the store’s layout plan and inventory system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and verify product locations to minimize picking errors.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect racks for damage, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the receiving team to unload shipments, verify quantities, and place items in the correct storage zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping aisles and removing debris that could pose hazards.
- Update the warehouse management system (WMS) with real‑time data on stock movements and rack assignments.
- Assist in periodic stock‑taking activities and support audit processes as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to coordinate workload and prioritize urgent tasks.
- Demonstrate a “good attitude,” passion for the job, and a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome).

- Strong work ethic with a demonstrable “good attitude” and enthusiasm for warehouse operations.
- Basic understanding of store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
