Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Cabang Parakan to lead our branch operations in Temanggung. This pivotal role combines field‑level outreach, team leadership, and strategic financial oversight to ensure the branch meets its growth targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company in the local community, building strong relationships with partners, supervising staff, and driving the branch’s daily performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and lead product‑ and company‑awareness campaigns across kecamatan and desa, ensuring that target markets understand our financial solutions.
- Coordinate and approve meeting schedules with local collection groups (“kumpulan”), guaranteeing timely communication and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Account Officers (AO), administrative staff, and cashiers on a regular basis, providing coaching and corrective action when needed.
- Deliver daily forecasts on loan disbursements, partner acquisition numbers, and financing needs to senior management and the branch team, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform periodic field visits to all registered collection groups to verify compliance, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly branch performance reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and action plans.
- Facilitate weekly branch meetings to review performance, address operational issues, and set priorities for the upcoming week.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase loan portfolio quality, improve collection rates, and expand the branch’s partner network.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with internal policies, banking regulations, and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, overseeing cash handling procedures and security protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study majors are acceptable.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance, or a related financial services sector.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and results‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for field visits.
- Proficiency in data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic leadership.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to remote locations.
