Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering visual standards, product placement, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate store visit schedules, ensuring optimal coverage of all assigned locations from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Conduct on‑site audits to verify inventory accuracy, shelf availability, and adherence to planograms.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust merchandising tactics accordingly.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store managers and regional supervisors to align merchandising initiatives with overall store objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, stock levels, competitor activity, and promotional effectiveness for senior management.
- Implement corrective actions when gaps are identified, such as re‑training staff, reallocating resources, or revising display strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging product trends, and seasonal consumer behavior to keep our in‑store experience fresh and engaging.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to track KPIs, create presentations, and streamline communication across the team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
