Introduction

To support its expanding logistics network, the company is seeking a diligent Staf Pengelola Operasional Gudang (Warehouse Operations Staff). This role is integral to ensuring that all financed assets are received, stored, tracked, and dispatched efficiently, thereby protecting the company’s financial assets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Penerimaan dan Penyimpanan Unit Tarikan: Receive incoming asset units, conduct thorough condition checks, verify quantities against shipping documents, and store them safely in designated locations.
- Pengelolaan Stok: Maintain an accurate inventory system, record all inbound and outbound movements, perform regular stock reconciliations, and flag any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Mencari & Menawarkan Unit ke Bidder: Identify potential bidders, prepare compelling asset presentations, negotiate terms, and facilitate quick turnover to maximize asset recovery.
- Laporan dan Dokumentasi: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering receipt, storage, inventory levels, and dispatch activities; ensure all documentation complies with internal audit standards.
- Koordinasi dengan Tim Lain: Work closely with finance, risk, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with loan servicing schedules and market demand.
- Pengawasan Keamanan Gudang: Implement safety protocols, monitor access control, and ensure compliance with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations.
- Peningkatan Proses: Suggest and implement process improvements, such as barcode scanning or automated inventory tracking, to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma or Associate degree) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with bidders and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and conduct regular warehouse inspections.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment in line with Indonesian labor regulations.
