Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchase decisions to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping aisles tidy.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and process returns or exchanges following company policy.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment deliveries.
- Support promotional activities, set up seasonal displays, and communicate upcoming sales to shoppers.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of merchandise and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Provide feedback to management regarding store layout, product assortment, and customer preferences.
- Remain flexible with scheduling, including weekends and occasional overtime, to accommodate peak shopping periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit with a proportional body build; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Adaptable, courteous, and able to demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
- Good mental and physical health; no visible tattoos that conflict with the company’s dress‑code.
- Willingness to be placed at any store location as required by the company’s operational needs.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and a willingness to learn new technology.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to the scheduled working hours of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
