Introduction

As a member of our front‑line staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) or retail sectors who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Our stores operate on a shift basis, including weekends and national holidays, providing a flexible yet structured work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including shelving, signage, and product displays.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of food items when applicable.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and company policies.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for operation and securely locked at the end of the day.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 27 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in F&B or retail environments.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in store management systems and POS operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
