Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal in office buildings, reception areas, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed.
- Operate and care for cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, polishing machines) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Apply basic floor care techniques, including stripping, sealing, and polishing of hard floor surfaces as required.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, addressing any deficiencies immediately to meet client expectations.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and post‑event cleanup.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any incidents encountered during the shift.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to the daily schedule.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with clients, responding to special requests and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a cleaning service worker, office boy, or similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning tools.
- Residency in Balongbendo or nearby neighborhoods for easy commute.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Good time‑management skills to complete tasks within the designated schedule (08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads safely.
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills when interacting with clients and team members.
