We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce and digital entertainment company seeking a dynamic Freelance Host for Live Streaming. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, camera‑confident individual who loves engaging with audiences, showcasing products, and driving sales in a vibrant live‑shopping environment. The position is based in either Gading Serpong or Senayan, with flexible scheduling to accommodate peak viewing hours.
Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions, presenting products with energy and authenticity.
- Execute real‑time sales techniques, upselling and cross‑selling to meet daily revenue targets.
- Maintain audience engagement by encouraging interaction, answering product‑related questions, and creating a lively atmosphere.
- Monitor live chat, respond promptly to comments, and manage audience flow to keep viewers watching for the full broadcast.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to plan show scripts, product highlights, and promotional offers.
- Prepare and rehearse product knowledge, ensuring accurate and persuasive communication.
- Adhere to a consistent schedule of five‑hour live blocks with a 30‑minute break, across four workdays per week.
- Report post‑show metrics, including viewer counts, conversion rates, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new product releases, and emerging live‑shopping platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates aged 27 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, digital entertainment, or related fields; a minimum of 6 months specifically in live sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with clear diction and engaging tone.
- Excellent improvisation abilities and comfort speaking in front of a live audience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets during live broadcasts.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules (morning, afternoon, evening) and adapt to a 5‑hour live format.
- Ability to commit to a four‑day workweek (Friday – Saturday, 09:00‑17:00) with occasional schedule adjustments.
- Reliable transportation to the designated studio location (Gading Serpong or Senayan).
