To support our expanding network, we are looking for a reliable Supir Pengiriman Barang Lintas Kota (Inter‑city Delivery Driver) who can ensure timely transportation of parcels and cargo between Semarang, Demak, Kendal, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Pick up, load, and secure parcels or freight at the company warehouse according to safety standards.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge to minimize travel time while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Deliver goods to designated addresses across Semarang, Demak, Kendal, and nearby districts, obtaining signatures or electronic proof of delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, update status in the mobile tracking system, and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries or concerns with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth handover of shipments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Adhere to the company’s safety policies, including the proper use of safety equipment and compliance with traffic laws.
- Assist in occasional special deliveries that may require handling of fragile or high‑value items.
- Participate in regular training sessions on route optimization, customer service, and vehicle safety.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid SIM B1 (general) driver’s license.
- Proficient in using smartphones or other mobile gadgets for navigation and communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the geographic area of Semarang, Demak, Kendal, and surrounding regions.
- Ability to start work immediately.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of moderate‑weight packages.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
