Our Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta office is expanding rapidly and is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Staff to design, deliver, and evaluate corporate development programs that empower our clients’ workforces. This full‑time, on‑site position (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00) offers a vibrant environment for professionals who are passionate about training, public speaking, instructional design, and learning technology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses (TNA) by collaborating with client HR teams, reviewing performance data, and identifying skill gaps.
- Design and develop both offline and online training modules, incorporating adult‑learning principles, multimedia assets, and interactive activities.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) – uploading content, tracking learner progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and generating usage reports.
- Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, webinars, and workshops, leveraging strong public speaking and facilitation skills to ensure knowledge retention.
- Create assessment tools such as pre‑tests, post‑tests, quizzes, and feedback forms, and analyze results to measure training effectiveness.
- Produce high‑quality training materials, including slide decks, handouts, job aids, and e‑learning videos, using design software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain accurate training records and performance dashboards in Microsoft Excel, supporting data‑driven decision making.
- Partner with senior L&D leaders to align learning initiatives with corporate strategy, talent development plans, and compliance requirements.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior trainers or interns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for client organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development.
- Proven experience managing and operating an LMS (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Training Need Analyses and translate findings into actionable curricula.
- Strong instructional design skills for both face‑to‑face and e‑learning environments.
- Exceptional public speaking and facilitation abilities, with confidence presenting to groups of 10‑50 participants.
- Good design sense—ability to create visually appealing learning assets using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies (pre‑test/post‑test, surveys, ROI analysis).
- Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and a results‑oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.
- Male candidates, age ≤ 30 years, meeting the company’s demographic criteria.
- Basic sales administration skills are a plus.
