Introduction
PT. Prima Finansial is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Manajer Keuangan dan Akuntansi to lead its finance and accounting functions. This pivotal role will support the company’s growth strategy by ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and effective cash‑flow management. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day bookkeeping, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Manage cash‑flow planning, treasury activities, and optimal utilization of working capital.
- Lead a small finance team, delegating tasks, coaching staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support tax compliance by preparing tax filings, monitoring tax obligations, and staying updated on changes in tax legislation.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, providing financial guidance to operations, sales, and HR departments.
- Identify process‑enhancement opportunities, automate repetitive tasks, and implement best‑practice accounting software solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; a D3 or S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is considered a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work quickly, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to build strong professional networks.
- High ethical standards, professional demeanor, and consistent adherence to corporate policies.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to be deployed to any location as required.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
