Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Nganjuk. This senior‑level role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a strong background in corporate tax administration, especially within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file corporate tax returns (PPh, PPN, and other applicable taxes) accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct detailed tax research and stay current with changes in tax legislation, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments—especially production, procurement, and sales—to gather necessary documentation for tax reporting.
- Manage tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and monthly tax reconciliations in the general ledger.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required tax schedules and explanations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate tax risk and ensure compliance across all subsidiaries.
- Mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the tax team.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and government agencies to resolve complex tax issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create comprehensive tax reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, contributing tax perspectives to business decisions such as new product launches, pricing strategies, and capital investments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in tax administration or corporate tax accounting, preferably in a manufacturing (factory) setting.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM, etc.) and experience with tax software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex tax concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated discipline, assertiveness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Leadership potential with a collaborative mindset and the ability to guide junior staff.
- Valid identification documents: SKCK, photocopy of KTP, and family card (KK).
- Willingness to be based in Nganjuk and work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
