Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Petung region of Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and acquiring new business across the distribution channel network. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, delivering our product portfolio with professionalism and enthusiasm while operating from a location that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and promote the company’s product line to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring pitches to meet diverse market needs.
  • Generate and secure orders from distribution channels, ensuring accurate data entry and thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and end‑users.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, and address any follow‑up queries related to invoicing or delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics and finance teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and accurate billing.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer feedback that can drive product improvements.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using digital communication tools and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity for forecasting and reporting.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics and proposing strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates are welcome.
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • Experience: 0‑1 year in a similar sales role is preferred; prior experience in the same industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and build trust.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
