Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its operations in Padang, West Sumatra. We are seeking a diligent and results‑driven Officer Remedial to join our credit recovery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection processes for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all activities are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of A/R aging reports and identify high‑risk accounts for priority action.
- Engage borrowers through phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate payment plans that align with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the CRM system, documenting commitments and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting, legal, and sales departments to resolve disputes and address documentation gaps.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting collection rates, recovered amounts, and any deviations from targets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff on effective negotiation techniques and compliance standards.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by analyzing trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance role; experience in a multifinance environment is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance Padang branch, with a work schedule of Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
