Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit to join our growing team in Pasaman. This role is pivotal in expanding our credit financing portfolio by identifying new customers, nurturing dealer partnerships, and driving sales of our financing products. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for field marketing, strong negotiation abilities, and the willingness to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenge‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market surveys and feasibility analyses to evaluate consumer creditworthiness and identify high‑potential segments.
  • Promote and sell a range of financing products—including vehicle loans, equipment leasing, and consumer credit—to both individual customers and business clients.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with automobile dealers, retail partners, and other distribution channels to generate referral business.
  • Prepare and present customized financing proposals, ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and dealers, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Participate in community events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility in the Pasaman region.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Travel extensively across the assigned territory, requiring a valid motor vehicle and a Class C driving license (SIM C).

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree). Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) and relevant marketing experience will also be considered.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Preferable experience: 0‑2 years in marketing, sales, or credit financing, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strong analytical mindset for assessing consumer eligibility and market trends.
  • Willingness to work in the field, embrace challenges, and meet weekly travel targets.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
