Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Kurir dan Koordinator Logistik Pengiriman to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily delivery routes for a fleet of motorized couriers, optimizing for distance, traffic conditions, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify order completeness, packaging standards, and loading procedures before dispatch.
- Monitor delivery progress using GPS tracking tools, providing real‑time updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle on‑site issues such as address discrepancies, payment collection, or product returns, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents, feeding this data into the company’s performance dashboards.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of junior couriers, fostering a culture of safety and reliability.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, conduct vehicle inspections, and report any maintenance needs to ensure all motor vehicles remain road‑worthy.
- Support the logistics manager in developing process improvements, such as route‑optimization software or customer feedback loops, to enhance overall service quality.
- Uphold company policies regarding punctuality, professional conduct, and adherence to religious practices, including performing the five daily prayers as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in the FnB industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be Muslim and committed to observing the five daily prayers.
- Demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility (amanah).
- Valid motorbike license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Basic proficiency with mobile navigation apps and logistics software.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
