Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic canvassing and scheduled visits to retail outlets, boutique stores, and UMKM locations to promote our perfume lines.
- Present product features, benefits, and fragrance notes; provide samples and tailor recommendations to match customer preferences.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and end‑consumers to encourage repeat orders and brand loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Close sales deals, process orders accurately, and follow up to guarantee timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, documenting performance in the CRM system and reporting results to the sales manager.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collect feedback from customers and relay insights to product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand image during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related beauty sector.
- Own a motorbike and a valid SIM C, enabling efficient travel to client locations.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self‑driven with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with occasional weekend or evening visits as required by client schedules.
