Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain personal appearance standards, including adherence to dress code (hijab for female staff) and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform daily prayers on time (sholat 5 waktu) as part of personal commitment, respecting the workplace’s cultural values.
- Utilize a personal vehicle and valid SIM C to travel for occasional store visits, deliveries, or community outreach events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 19‑25 years old; no upper age limit specified, but candidates should be within the stated range.
- All genders welcome; female candidates must observe hijab in accordance with company policy.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales associate or in a customer‑facing retail role.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Residency in or near Kabupaten Sidrap is highly preferred to ensure punctuality and local market knowledge.
- Physically fit with proportional height and weight to handle stocking and moving merchandise safely.
- Commitment to perform the five daily prayers (sholat) and uphold ethical standards both on and off duty.
