Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Service Staff to join our team at a bustling restaurant located in the Margonda area of Depok. This full‑time position offers a stable work environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to develop professional cleaning and facility‑maintenance skills within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be a reliable male applicant, aged 35 or younger, with at least one year of experience in office‑boy (OB) or cleaning service (CS) roles, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
- Daily floor care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and service corridors, ensuring a spotless and slip‑free environment.
- Surface sanitation: Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, countertops, kitchen equipment, and high‑touch points such as door handles and switches according to established sanitation protocols.
- Waste management: Collect, sort, and dispose of solid waste and recyclables in compliance with local regulations, and maintain orderly trash collection points throughout the premises.
- Inventory control: Monitor cleaning supplies, report low stock levels, and assist in restocking of detergents, disinfectants, and consumables to avoid interruptions in service.
- Shift flexibility: Work across three rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional night hours, and be prepared to stay overtime when operational demands require.
- Safety and compliance: Follow all workplace safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male, maximum age of 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in office‑boy duties, cleaning service, or similar hospitality‑related roles.
- Ability to work on a 3‑shift schedule and willingness to perform overtime when needed.
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, including proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a high level of personal integrity.
- Good physical stamina to handle prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
