Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in the Leuwiliang area, serving the greater Jabodetabek region. This pivotal role supports the Business Channeling function by ensuring that every consumer financing order is accurately captured, processed, and communicated across our internal systems and partner networks. The successful candidate will act as a critical bridge between customers, credit analysts, and operational teams, contributing to a seamless loan origination experience that upholds our high standards of compliance and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly acknowledge and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
  • Gather, verify, and complete all consumer and financing‑object data, entering it meticulously into the ACCTION system.
  • Perform thorough data entry of orders received via the dicicilaja platform, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all fields.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
  • Communicate approval or rejection decisions to customers in a timely, professional manner, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Coordinate with the Survey Operations Center (SOC) by transmitting survey orders and tracking their completion status.
  • Liaise with the Sales & Handover Coordinator (SHC) to ensure smooth handover of active consumer orders and resolve any pending issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive audit trails of all data entry and communication activities to support internal compliance audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic reports on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates for senior management review.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows, suggesting system enhancements or process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative, data‑entry, or customer‑service role within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, database entry tools, and the ACCTION platform.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of integrity when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
  • Effective communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact confidently with customers, credit analysts, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of credit assessment principles, risk grading, and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with core hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
