This role focuses on promoting and selling a range of office stationery (ATK) products across various retail outlets and corporate clients. Responsibilities
- Actively approach potential customers in retail stores, corporate offices, and trade events to showcase and demonstrate ATK product features.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations that highlight benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked display area that reflects brand standards.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and propose suitable product solutions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging customer preferences.
- Submit daily sales reports, inventory updates, and feedback to the sales manager using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide post‑sale support, including handling inquiries, processing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Productive and presentable, typically within the standard working age range.
- Previous experience as a Sales Promotion Officer (SPO) or Promotor is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to explain and sell office stationery (ATK) products.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong service orientation with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High integrity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems and point‑of‑sale tools.
