Responsibilities
- Collect and sort incoming parcels according to destination codes and priority levels.
- Assemble shipment pallets and crates, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure packaging.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management software to update inventory status in real time.
- Perform quality checks on each parcel, verifying address labels, contents, and documentation for accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the inbound receiving team to resolve any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized assembly area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in loading completed parcels onto delivery trucks, coordinating with drivers to confirm load lists.
- Participate in daily briefings and provide feedback on process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts, to meet peak‑season demand and tight delivery windows.
- Handle pressure situations calmly while striving to meet daily target volumes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
