Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the closing process, ensuring all journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent errors, and mitigate fraud risks.
- Analyze profit and loss trends, cash flow projections, and balance sheet health to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Oversee the preparation of tax filings, including PPh 21, PPh 23, and corporate income tax, while liaising with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, collaborating with departmental heads to align financial targets with operational goals.
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions—pivot tables, macros, and data visualization—to streamline reporting processes and enhance decision‑making.
- Support strategic initiatives such as cost‑reduction programs, investment analysis, and capital budgeting projects.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, internal audit recommendations, and statutory filing deadlines.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Accounting; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on experience and potential).
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a manufacturing or services environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macro creation).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, MYOB, or Zahir.
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and tax regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Leadership potential with a collaborative mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
