Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related questions, and provide recommendations that align with customer needs and promotional offers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve minor customer complaints on the spot, escalating more complex issues to the floor manager as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels at the front of store, perform regular shelf checks, and report stock discrepancies to the inventory team.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, safe deposits, and preparation of daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with fellow cashiers and floor staff to achieve daily sales targets and ensure a smooth flow of customers during peak hours.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, conflict management, and effective communication.
- Contribute ideas for improving checkout efficiency, reducing wait times, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA sederajat).
- Female candidates only, aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Zero or more years of retail or customer‑service experience; prior cash handling experience is a plus.
- Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, hard‑working attitude, and a creative problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to be placed at our Bandar Lampung branch and adapt to the local market dynamics.
