Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) for its Banda Aceh branch (Teuku Umar). The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection in alignment with the company’s financial targets. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and will be based at the Adira Finance office that best fits the applicant’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and prioritize overdue loan portfolios to identify high‑risk accounts.
- Conduct outbound collection calls and send formal notices, adhering to regulatory compliance and internal policies.
- Negotiate repayment plans, restructuring options, and settlements with borrowers while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Coordinate with the credit assessment team to update borrower status and provide feedback on credit risk trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate, aging buckets, and delinquencies.
- Collaborate with legal and field investigation units when escalated cases require further action.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system, ensuring all communication logs are up‑to‑date.
- Assist in the development of proactive strategies to reduce future arrears, including customer education initiatives.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with multifinance regulations, collection best practices, and negotiation techniques.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as per the current posting requirements).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and influence borrowers.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using CRM and spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to adhere to the designated work schedule and location based on domicile.
