Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through phone calls, social media, local events, and walk‑in traffic at the showroom.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and financing options of Honda motorcycles and accessories.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, using the dealership’s CRM system to track interactions, follow‑up activities, and sales stages.
- Negotiate pricing, trade‑in values, and financing terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the Balikpapan branch.
- Provide after‑sales support by following up on vehicle delivery, warranty claims, and service appointments, thereby fostering repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to coordinate promotions, test‑drive events, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management review.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on new Honda models, industry trends, and advanced sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 40 years (no strict upper limit).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Clear, legible copies of the following documents:
- KTP (Identity Card)
- KK (Family Card)
- Educational diploma (minimum high school)
- Preferably residing in Balikpapan or surrounding areas to ensure timely showroom coverage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, even if prior experience is limited (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic negotiation skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with smartphones, email, and basic office software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
