Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Front Office and Housekeeping to join our hospitality team. This dual‑role position combines front‑desk responsibilities with housekeeping duties, providing guests with a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. The ideal candidate will be a professional, courteous woman aged 27 or younger, with a minimum education of high school (SMA/SMK) and a strong desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations using the property management system.
- Answer telephone inquiries, respond to email requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services, rates, and local attractions.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared, cleaned, and stocked according to hotel standards.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as making beds, replenishing amenities, and conducting room inspections.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up to guarantee swift resolution.
- Process guest payments, issue invoices, and reconcile daily cash receipts using MS Office and hotel software.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism, aiming for rapid and satisfactory resolution.
- Assist in preparing daily reports, occupancy statistics, and inventory logs for management review.
- Participate in regular training sessions, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and uphold the hotel’s brand standards.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning hotel management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to undergo training and strictly follow established SOPs.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Strong ability to perform under pressure, especially during peak occupancy periods.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and punctual.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
