We are currently seeking a Therapist Kecantikan Profesional who is passionate about infant care, beauty therapy, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform baby spa treatments, including gentle massages, hydro‑therapy, and skin care, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide a wide range of beauty services such as facial treatments, waxing, manicure/pedicure, and makeup application for clients of all ages.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs, explain procedures, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and post‑session care instructions.
- Ensure the treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and organized before and after each session.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends in baby spa therapy and beauty techniques.
- Adhere to company SOPs, contractual obligations, and health‑safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, honest, and communicative, fostering trust with parents and guardians.
- Assist in promoting new services and special packages to enhance client satisfaction and increase repeat business.
- Collaborate with other therapists and staff to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every visitor.
Requirements
- Female, aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing or Midwifery for Baby Spa Therapist role; SMK Kecantikan or Nursing for Beauty Therapist role.
- Strong desire to work under contract, follow SOPs, and complete ongoing training.
- Honest, communicative, and able to build rapport quickly with parents, infants, and children.
- Demonstrated empathy and a gentle, friendly attitude toward babies and young children.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene standards, first‑aid, and infant safety practices.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
