Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business leads through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present product portfolios, conduct product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while adhering to company policies and profit targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Track sales activities, forecast quarterly and annual revenue, and report performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in regular training sessions and industry conferences to stay up‑to‑date with the latest sales techniques and market developments.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, log client interactions, and generate actionable insights.
- Support promotional campaigns, trade shows, and community outreach events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Age limit: maximum 32 years.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) with the ability to travel for client visits.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or B2B services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Flexible attitude, able to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
