Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and account booking targets set by the company.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing SME clients while continuously identifying new revenue prospects.
  • Promote and sell Moladin Finance’s suite of SME financing products, including working‑capital loans, equipment financing, and digital payment solutions.
  • Maintain high‑quality booking standards, ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research to understand local business trends, competitive offerings, and emerging financing needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client pain points and demonstrate the value of Moladin’s solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the underwriting, risk, and operations teams to streamline the loan approval process and improve turnaround times.
  • Provide post‑sale support, follow‑up on client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional services.
  • Report sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in SME banking, commercial banking, or a related financial sales role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High integrity, teamwork orientation, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motor vehicle for client visits.
  • No criminal record.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
