Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new corporate leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and online prospecting.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with Astra Daihatsu’s quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in fleet operators, leasing companies, and large‑scale distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the technical advantages and cost‑effectiveness of Daihatsu vehicles.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, after‑sales, and finance teams to create bundled offers and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and the company website to generate inbound leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D4 or S1 degree is a strong advantage.
- Age limit: up to 30 years for high‑school graduates, up to 35 years for university graduates.
