Introduction

Astra Daihatsu Cabang Pelalawan is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive to join our Business Development team in Pangkalan Kerinci. This role is the frontline of our growth strategy, responsible for expanding market share, cultivating high‑value corporate accounts, and driving revenue across Indonesia’s automotive sector. The ideal candidate will blend strong analytical thinking with excellent interpersonal skills, leveraging both traditional sales techniques and modern digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new corporate leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and online prospecting.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with Astra Daihatsu’s quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in fleet operators, leasing companies, and large‑scale distributors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the technical advantages and cost‑effectiveness of Daihatsu vehicles.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, after‑sales, and finance teams to create bundled offers and promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and the company website to generate inbound leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D4 or S1 degree is a strong advantage.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years for high‑school graduates, up to 35 years for university graduates.

  • No prior experience required, but proven experience in marketing or sales (especially digital marketing) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic website navigation.
