Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Guest Service Specialist to join our vibrant restaurant team. This front‑of‑house role is essential to delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure special requests are clearly communicated.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, checking back to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting, clearing used dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Process payments using POS systems, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
- Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, performing regular sanitation checks of workstations and service areas.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of condiments, glassware, and tableware as needed.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- At least a high school education; prior experience in food & beverage service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong, polite communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with guests and colleagues.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
