Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Komunikasi & Pemasaran (Marcomm) to lead our brand’s voice across multiple platforms. This pivotal role combines strategic planning, creative storytelling, and data‑driven campaign execution to enhance market presence and deepen engagement with our target audiences. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and growth targets.
  • Lead the creation of integrated campaigns—including digital, social media, print, events, and public relations—to promote products, services, and community initiatives.
  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency of visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage a cross‑functional team of designers, copywriters, social media specialists, and external agencies, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, monitor analytics, and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate media relations, draft press releases, and arrange interviews to secure positive coverage in relevant outlets.
  • Organize and execute promotional events, webinars, and community outreach programs that reinforce the organization’s Islamic values.
  • Manage the marketing budget, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost‑effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and support launch initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with a teaching background (S1 for Guru) are also welcome.
  • Age: Open to all age groups; the posting mistakenly lists “Maksimal 0 Tahun,” which is not applicable.
  • Experience: At least 0‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • General Qualifications:
    • Adherence to the Salaf methodology (Bermanhaj Salaf) and a lifestyle free from smoking.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
    • Proven ability to craft persuasive messages and presentations.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
    • Creative thinking, problem‑solving aptitude, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Team‑player attitude with leadership potential and a willingness to mentor junior staff.
