Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align client objectives with our product and service offerings.
- Coordinate internal teams—including creative, product, and support—to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Set and achieve quarterly sales targets, preparing accurate forecasts and performance reports.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals using Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other visual tools.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, curating content that engages target audiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular status updates and performance dashboards in Microsoft Excel for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to share client feedback and drive product improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client‑facing sales role.
- Deep conceptual understanding of sales cycles, marketing strategies, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and design platforms such as Canva.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and the capacity to work under pressure.
