Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring quick and accurate service in line with Yummy Coin’s quality standards.
- Prepare customer orders promptly, monitor cooking times, and verify that each dish meets presentation and taste expectations before delivery.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision, record sales accurately, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a spotless work environment by regularly cleaning food prep areas, dining tables, floors, and restrooms, following strict hygiene protocols.
- Support teammates by coordinating order flow, restocking supplies, and stepping in during peak periods to keep operations smooth.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, inventory shortages, or customer concerns to management promptly for swift resolution.
- Uphold safety and security policies, including proper food handling, emergency procedures, and loss‑prevention measures.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, service improvements, and promotional activities that can elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; hospitality or business studies are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail, food‑service, or customer‑service role.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
- Demonstrated compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards, including knowledge of safe food handling.
- Proficiency in operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and basic accounting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
