We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Telemarketing Hubungan to join our growing team at the Dewata Square branch in Denpasar. This position is a core part of Adira Finance’s vehicle financing division, where you will engage directly with prospective borrowers, nurture relationships, and help customers secure the financing they need for their next vehicle. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell vehicle financing products through outbound and inbound telephone calls, as well as face‑to‑face interactions.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from various distribution channels, including partner dealerships, online inquiries, and walk‑ins.
- Conduct thorough needs‑based surveys to understand customers’ financial situations and tailor financing solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts, follow‑ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to the company’s compliance and underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate with the branch sales manager and loan processing team to ensure smooth application flow and timely approvals.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the automotive financing sector.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all majors are considered.
- Age: 31 – 34 years (maximum 34 years at the time of application).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, direct sales, or vehicle financing is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong motivation.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate persuasively and build lasting client relationships.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools; basic computer literacy is essential.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the Adira Finance branch closest to your domicile.
