Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages with high presentation standards, guaranteeing that each dish meets quality and temperature specifications.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and compliant with health‑and‑safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with accuracy and honesty.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Participate in daily briefings, follow shift schedules, and adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Assist in routine equipment cleaning and perform minor maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness.
- Contribute ideas for improving service speed, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–26 years old.

- Presentable appearance: clean, tidy uniform and personal grooming.
