Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Bisnis Channeling to join our growing team in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth credit approval processes. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the credit assessment team, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC), delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our financial solutions platform.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders received through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
  • Collect, verify, and input complete consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining data integrity.
  • Enter order information received via the dicicilaja portal, guaranteeing that all required fields are accurately filled.
  • Review and process credit applications in line with the RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) results or consumer grading, adhering to internal credit policies.
  • Communicate credit approval outcomes to applicants promptly and professionally, providing clear next‑step instructions.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the SOC and monitor their progress, ensuring field teams have the information they need.
  • Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales & Handover Coordination) team on active consumer orders, resolving any discrepancies or bottlenecks.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, system entries, and approval documents for audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative or banking support functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, especially data‑entry software and the ACCTION system.
  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, high integrity, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Soft Skills: Organizational ability, problem‑solving mindset, customer‑focused attitude, and capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.
